Privia Premium

All patients are considered “members” of our practice, and all patients receive a Basic Membership plan free of charge. The Basic Membership provides access to booking appointments online, refilling prescriptions, and receiving lab results following visits. Some patients may also be eligible for Premium Membership services that can provide additional wellness and care management support. These Premium services may only be available for patients who are enrolled in Privia’s health management programs through a sponsoring health plan or employer, or to patients who have joined a paid wellness membership plan. Premium services may include:

• Secure Online Messaging With Your Doctor

  Communicate with your doctor by secure messaging and get treated for routine issues online in a timely and convenient manner, many times saving the need for an office visit.

• Annual Health, Nutrition, and Fitness Consultations

  Work with your Wellness Team to assess your current status, get custom recommendations, develop a set of achievable action steps, and track progress on your plans.

• Your Own Personal Wellness Team

  You’ll have your own team of health experts - including dietitians, fitness trainers, wellness coaches, and nurse care managers – all working together to keep you healthy.

• Advanced Health Management Programs

  If you have a chronic condition or have a major health event, like being hospitalized, our team of nurse care managers will work with you to get back to better health.

• 24/7 Access to Expert Nurses

  24/7 access to expert nurses, who can answer your health or medication questions, and help you decide the appropriate level of care for your illness or injury.

• Global Medical Assistance When You Travel

  Medical support travels with you, including emergency access to your personal health records, and assistance identifying medical facilities and physicians for treatment, and pre-travel counseling.
